Production Time:
All custom-made orders require approximately 2 weeks for production prior to shipping. Production time begins once artwork approval and payment confirmation are received.

Shipping:
All shipments are sent prepaid via common carrier. Once your order has been completed and dispatched, transit time typically ranges between 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped so you can monitor delivery progress.
